Help - looking for good BMW specialist (Lothian area)
Hi all
I friend of mine has just heard the worst news - his pride and joy a 2.8 z3 engine is bust.
The engine overheated due to the water cap coming off (he doesn't know how/why).
He's only had the car for 2 weeks.
The garage its at thought all was required was a new gasket.
But, after a bit of skimming and a new gasket the engine won't hold compression etc etc.
Anyone know of a good BWM specialist who would be able to fit the problem, i.e. replace the engine?
Any thoughts?
Your help would be very much appreciated,
Cheers
Kenny

I think my mate is trying them - but I believe they are expensive.
