If you've not been involved I wouldn't bother commenting otherwise you'll get that sort of response. I've stayed well out of it myself and don't see the point in posting in the Scottish forum when anyone I'd need to speak too are either in other forums or on another BBS.

Scoobynet Scotland will never be what it was, it was ruined by over moderating, we didnt spit the dummy out, we kicked off as we were treated unfairly & told by the Mods & Webby's that if we didnt like it then to basically p!ss off, so we did

i got all tied up in it. this was a nice place to chat to local people - and i fought to keep it.
i still have a look in here. im mostly on other places when i visit SN.

all the posts and effort put in by members here (see sticky and policy forum) have not been matched in response by the powers that be. that speaks volumes to me. so, i dont give a t0$$ what happens here

dummy has been removed - along with pampers and stabilsers.

we will never see the like again - here.

 

quite sad really but it looks like it was a battle between 2 people and everyone else has taken sides rightly or wrongly and now it has gone too far

Lol, no I'm not! If people fall out with the scottish part of scoobynet (although this I find strange, a partial boycot! Grow some ***** and leave the site altogether!) then that is fine. But to have someone tell me to f-off which I jokingly suggest that this is all put behind us is not on. Good think I don't have a scooby and thereby am unlikely to be at meets, knockhill, etc

I am not fussed about the hassle anymore - still pop in to say hello and use the other section, use SIDC Scotland section more for general Scottish stuff.

SIDC membership has become very healthy too recently so it is less of a desert than it was before.

Still good debate here on Snet of course
