Angry Noises noo

Anyone local care to listen to a noise from my car.
Seriosly paranoid about it, I thought it was an insecure heatshield around my turbo but after removing it I can still hear the noise....It only seems to happen when on boost at about 4K.
I admit it does sound like a heatshield but im not convinced. Im hoping its nowt but I know what scoobs are like and I fear the worst........ knowing my luck its a bloody shell

Check your uppipe heatshield, mine broke off at one corner and was rattling against the exhaust on boost etc. Can you hear it if you rev high while sitting still?

Hey Phil lol no got an uppipe heat shield as I have a full decat, was wondering if it could be the headers heatshield. Was driving today and revving the car I could hear the noise a bit ( very faint) but not as bad as when on boost.

Maybe's I'm calling it the wrong thing as I have a decat down pipe as well. There is a short pipe that sits forward of the downpipe and a little lower, it leads towards the headers. You can just get your hand on it from above but not from below, it's in a very awkward place. I grabbed it from above (when COLD) and I could move it with my hand, so I took a hammer and screw driver to the other corner and removed it. No way I was going to get a welder in there. I'm sure I won't need it.
