Nasty eh. Bad luck
I know someone else who was done for speeding down there. Just like you - said they got him from across the road. - one of those smallish roads that lead off there. You wouldn't think that'd work, taking it from the other side of the road - a slightly funny angle to take the reading from etc, but I suppose it's accurate....
That said, he got done for driving at 50odd, and he drives like a tw@t... He's been banned once, got all the points knocked off, and now has 'em all back again. A full complement of points on the licence, for the second time.
You'd think he'd learn really. Sadly not, for everyone else on the road

i just laughed when i got it cos as my first car which i bought in january i had a seriously quick mk2 golf which i drove around rather fast in and never once got caught or even stopped.
then i go all sensible and sell it and buy a 306 flat diesel which is well slow
been stopped twice and done for speeding once.
all seems a bit illogical if u ask me!
although this logic could be handy when i go offshore and get a decent car!
to the BLOODY STUDENTS comment i go to college but am actually an apprentice as i get paid so get it up ya!
