Anywhere to get discs skimmed in Fife ?
Can anyone recommend somewhere to get my discs skimmed in Fife ? How much was it for a pair ?
The reason I want to do this is I have brake judder when the discs get warm and I want to try something before spending £2000 on a big brake kit.

hi m8,
go to calder, they have a "on car" disc skiming machine, ask for george, he is the top spanner man. ps remember to get all the wee "bits" of disc off your paint work straight away, IF any gets on the paint that is!!

awd 4 discs
hi m8,
i left std calipers and discs at awd, IF they are still there you can have them for FREE!!!!!!!!, i had aps fitted IF they are still there, they were in good condition, just not good enuf 4 me!

i think you will find the words "were" should be in that line!!
your/my car had brakes did it not? the brakes at awd were basic 2 pots,
not 4 pots or i would have sold them!! if you want them though, just go get them!!
