Default HELP Required...Fitting of rear wheel bearing

Guys need some advice/help. Bought a 5 series BMW to last me until next Scoob comes along. Rear wheel bearing is on its way out. Wondered if anybody has had experience changing them or knows someone who might do a 'homer' on it!!!
Any help appreciated as droning p!ssing me off!!

Cheers,
Al.
