Cool Honda Accord Type R

I have a mate that is desperately looking for a type R round about 10 or 11 grand, there is a lack of these advertised and we are to be going to Birmingham to have a look at one next weekend but obviously if anyone knows of one closer to home this would be preferable, oh and it can be any colour except red Have had a rake through autotrader and there are a couple in Scotland but when he phoned they were both provisionally sold, can't find any owners sites either, Any help would be great

This car was put up for sale on the Type-R Scotland forum. I don't know if it is sold or not.

I bought mine from a friend so I know its full history - but I know they are a car in demand.

Best thing is to up the search stakes by increasing the frequency of checks on the trader, any of the Honda forums etc.

jaf01uk - Yep that's mine that Charles and Cal have referred to. Sorry mate but its sold - Being collected tomorrow morning, however if the sale falls through (which admitadley is quite unlikely) - I'll let you know asap.

If your mate needs any info / tips on ATR ownership or what to look for when buying, let me know as I may be able to help.
