I'm Back in action!!!! Big up to Nobles.
Hello y'all,
7:15AM this morning I was back on the road. The car looks great (some polish and a few tiny knicks aside) and Nobles have done a superb job - hats off to all the staff, particularly Derek for his excellent work.
The colour coded side skirts make a BIG difference and, at last, with the Prodrive UK300 spoiler I can see it in my rear window - beats the ironing board that was on it before - superb.
A great feature, which Derek @ Nobles was surprised about, was when we ordered the brake light for the spoiler, it is actually blue - the casing I mean (still lights up red). Never seen that before but it looks great on a silver car and , I assume, would also look great on a blue one too.
Wish work was over so I can get out and drive the thing. Oh yes, and get the windows down as I am getting gassed into oblivion by the spray fumes inside - just as well the police did not stop me - I would probably have failed a drugs test!! That's what to expect when it is in the body shop for 2 weeks.
Stevie (West Lothian Scoob)- I removed the stickers myself this morning - a bugger to get off.
I will see you all on the road shortly (or probably not as the case might be).
John (evojkp) - I hope your brakes are in one piece - just as well some of the slight chaos at KH did not swap your car with mine in the Nobles bodyshop this week!!! - EEK.
Thanks to you all for you kind remarks (or just remarks). Stay away from men in White Vans.
