Avoid the Milton and the Marriot if you are driving a Scoob!
If you are going to the SECC, why not try the -:
City Inn
Finnieston Quay
Glasgow Lanarkshire
G3 8HN
Tel: 0141 240 1002, which is a 30 second walk from the front door of SECC?
It hasn't got a swimming pool though...
However,
The Moathouse
Congress Road
Glasgow
G3 8QT, is actually connected to the SECC via a tunnel link, and has the facilities you want, and is the one I'd chose
Plus the Moathouse is only a few quid in a taxi from the nightlife!

Thanx everyone for all ur replies
Tried the Moathouse & it was booked up, Hilton was sounding good but couldnt get the room type we wanted. Have gone for Milton - superior twin room with 2 double beds, 2 nights = £100 per room, per night, bed+breakfast.
Have also booked in for a massage in the hilton opposite cos we're both L.W. members anyway!
As for taking the scooby - no danger!!! His accomodation is already sorted! So now just have 11 days to wait til Justin Timberlake..... Cheers.
