I didn't so much move them Stan, I finished on top of them.
Tut didn't hit the tyres, but he didn't always get round
He was doing impresive times on Sunday

I drove like a prat on Saturday, and only just managed to retrieve 2nd in Class on the last run, after spinning on one, and putting all four wheels off the track on another run, which is a disqualification. Then a more experienced competitor pointed out that practice runs are just that, not to try and set ftd on a strange circuit.
Sunday was much better, different track configuration, and I took it easier to start with. Unfortunately, after a 74.2 in practice, my first timed run was 76.9, which put me 2.7 secs slower, and behind all three of the TVR’s. There had been timing problems, but mine was not far enough out for a re-run. It worked for me though, as I realised that I did not like being beaten, so I went flat out on the second run, and turned in a 71.2. This gave me 1st in class by around 3 secs.
I dont have the times to hand, John will know, but I think it was also faster than the four wheel drive Rally Class cars, that he and Dave were driving in a Scooby RA, and those were the times that I had been aiming for. Good old John reckoned that he could take the bend at the end of the straight without braking, but even so managed to mount the tyres with nothing more than a bent timing strip!!!!!!
Good social event as well, as there was a dinner in Banff on the Saturday night, that most went to. I dashed home, picked up Verian, and we had a good night.

ps John. Verian said that she enjoyed your company at dinner as you tickled her fancy, but not quite sure what she meant by that.....
