Just phoned insurance company because renewal date, went through details and sorted a price. Just out of interest I was sorting through documents and discovered my licence, I forgot to tell them about my points that I got back in August 00....doh!!, however did tell them about 2 sp30's from 98. On phoning them back I told them about points, being honest said I forgot. Now worried as passed to underwriters for consideration of back payments, which are back to when I started the insurance in July 00. I didn't get informed of the conviction until August 00. Does this mean I'm liable for 2 years difference in premium, or can I expect worse.
Any advice greatly appreciated.

had the same problem as your self. they CANT ask for back payment of insurance. this is against the law for them to do this. i had to contact a lawyer for advice on the matter and this is what he told me. good luck.
