I've never had any luck buying locally, but my last 2 purchase have been :
F1's from micheldever (website)
and
S02's from blackcircles (website)
Blackcircles also arrange for them to be fitted and included that in their price.
With micheldever you need to arrancge your own fitting (£5-£10 per tyre usually).
Might also be worth trying mytyres.net, although I've never tried them personally.

Depends on the car i suppose.
I had 2's on the cossie and they were great, changed to 3's ,and it was all over the place, really wandered a lot.
Probably find it's only weird sizes of 2's left.

Are the 03's not better anyway
However, some peeps have found them to be good on 17"s and above
