Yip ,
Builders are having a laugh these days with prices
So we moving to a house in a wee village just up the road which provides all we wanted from what we planned with the extension...
And it has a shared field with three of the other houses in the 6-house development. The field (+/- 2 acres) is out the back of the back garden, so I can now get quad bikes for the wee boys and JohnS has already suggested go-carts for the big boys
There is even a pub called the "Bore’s Head" not a stones throw from the house for the Subaru gang to enjoy refreshments while the women are cleaning the quad bikes, cars and making dinner, etc

Yes the Boars Head is just up the road about 3 feet from its Butt!

Courtesy bus. Hmmm; I thought the big red pick up from the dark side was the official transportation for the local branch. Did a damn fine job the last time, what with all the women in the double crew cab up front and the rest of us rolling around in the back exchanging pleasantries with the poor people who had to walk home
I hear it will soon have "dubs" fitted.

The Boars Head used to be my local when I was flying for Bristows and living at Kirkton of Rayne. Twas on the back way home, served several real ales, in fact was CAMRA's UK pub of the year in the 80's. Used to be owned by Stewart, who then bought the Red Garth.

Yes as Jools has mentioned the Local Branch Courtesy Bus is of course the big red pick up from the dark side! What with a soon to be added Gucci interior, neons, hydraulics and dubs it will attract even more people for the boozy in the back to "exchange pleasantries" with!

SOLD at 21:30 local time last night over the phone all the way from DK 
The boys were seen in the back garden this morning jumping and singing as the sign was taken off the back fence...And I thought they would miss the place

So this means that you won't be scaring any old grannies going up North street for a while, just leave that to Brian and Keith, I'm sure they'll do you justice
