I am currently running a Uk MY99 with a full decatted scorpion system and a K+N panel filter with a Forge VTA dump valve.I have ran it once with this set up at Crail but was unimpressed with my 14.4 sec best run. What is my next move for a better time?

More power should do the trick!!
Other than that, just try to perfect your launch, I have heard that if you get between 3500-4000rpm and then launch it off the line like that it is better than screaming away @ 6000rpm then dumping the clutch unless you fancy buying a new clutch in the near future...
I'm sure you will get some better advice from some of the guys here!!
Cheers,
Grant

More Boost is the short answer. I was running high 13's running 1.0 bar of boost with a knackered clutch in a RA. Speak to Andy F and the like on this forum and they will give you your options from here.....
Good Luck.
The other answer is to buy a Skyline
