Anyone out there interested in buying an oak green 1990 Mk2 16v??
The car details are as follows-
1990 H reg Golf GTI 16V (1781cc)
110,000 miles, part VW service history, lots of receipts
K&N panel filter
112 BHP@ wheels (factory is 102 @ wheels)
The car is a 3 door.
17" OZ Superturismo alloys and original 15" BBS all with good tyres
Tinted side repeaters
Interior is standard 1990 spec in very good condition.
Aftermarket steering wheel
Momo gear ****
I have the parts to return the car to original (steering wheel, gear ****, side repeaters but not the original stereo or the panel filter).
Any queries just give me a shout.
Cheers,
Chris

Now this is a classic example.
Car for sale in Scotland. Why's it advertised in Scotland forum? Because it is for sale in Scotland - obviously?
To me personally, that's the way it should be. I would rather someone from Scotland buying my car as it is:
1) Easier for the buyer to get to.
2) Costs less for the buyer in travelling expenses - therefore a better potiental of selling.
As I said, that's IMHO.
It's also an excuse to top this post as it's a nice mota!
Sorry for hi-jacking the thread. Will I get banished from Scoobynet because I've spoken out? Or is there a crime for hi-jacking threads?
