Sunday Run to Glenshee (for charity) via the Lecht.
#1
Just to let you all know that we've been invited to take part in a charity run from Aberdeen, up through the Lecht and onto Glenshee.
The meeting point is the Shepherd's Rest pub in Westhill, and is being organised by the Mini Owners Club in Aberdeen, and is going under the name of the Mad March Run. All other car clubs and enthusiasts have been invited along to take part, and help them raise money for the Mountain Rescue Team.
There will be a minimum donation of £5 per car taking part (you can donate more if you wish), and at Glenshee, there will be a meeting with the Mountain Rescue team (possiblt press presence there as well so have your car shiny!), to hand over the money raised.
Should be a good fun event (most mini owners will be coming in fancy dress or wearing a crazy hat !!).
Meet at the pub just before 12.

Aye, the 1st pic with the 4 STI's is fantastic! I hated the "bug eye" wwhen it 1st came out, but now I think it just looks so much meaner than the classic shape scoobs... Another year or so and I migh tbe able to buy one! Running one is a different story!
Looks like it was a cracking day for the drive to Glenshee though
