There are quite a few from around Cumbria trying to put a meet together that crosss the border - would you be interested in joining in with this?, say meeting up at the same place for a big Sunday lunchtime get together?

We last did this a few years ago (might have been 99?). Can anyone else remember the great day we had when all the cars came up from the NW of England (some from the NE as well!), and all the cars met up in the SW of Scotland (at Abington serives on the M74). We then did a whole days scenic () driving, before returning home.

Was a cracking day out, and we should do it again some time.

i have just finished the ist stage reccy of the RAID ACROSS THE BORDER ** and can promise you all a slobbernocker ,in 40 miles met 12 cars and over took only 8 on my route 000 mph blasts etc
