I know this has been spoken about before but I thought I'd bring it out the closet again.

Just trying to get a level of interest If we were to make it a central location for the Perth/dundee area and Fife. The meeting we had at dundee had around 6 cars with one Driveby ( He went to the trouble of coming through the car park and out the otherside only to go back the same way ) If the meet was more central we might attract a few more Cars.

Any Ideas welcome, Area/Run/Date/Time ?

Could I maybe suggest a meet in Stirling. This has the potential to attracting ppl from Glasgow/Lothians/Perth and Central Scotland. It also has easy quick access to lovely twisty open roads that only a Scooby would love and you can start in Perth & end in Stirling (or vice versa).

Only a suggestion to attempt to include more cars & open the boundary a little

never thought of that If we can keep the travel time for people to under 1hr then that's when we would get the most cars

1hr from stirling covers most if not all of central scotland.

hi there

me and pete are trying to arrange a joint MLR/SIDC meet. probably perth will be a good meet for everyone though. some of the mlr peeps will be coming from aberdeen. there is loads of really, really, really nice roads that we know around here . and we can make the trip 50miles long or even 100 miles long. etc..


so far the dates that have been purposed are august the 4th or the 25th.
