I pressume you mean the 20th June, I'll be going to spectate again, so I was thinking of leaving around 4pm from Aberdeen.

I think the guys going on track might be leaving earlier than this.

Yip, you are so correct...too early on a Sunday morning to be posting info I guess!
I’m going to play, so I’ll need to find out from John S what time we need to be there for?

Not sure if I’ll take the Sti or my mates P1, which is sat on the drive and just been polished for the first time in it’s 2 year life. People who know the car simply will not recognise it, until you start the damn thing up that is...and hear the very loud rumple as it barks in to life. PM wants me to take the P1...and kick the Sti’s in to touch, his words not mine.

Nevertheless, I think it will have to be the Sti now that it is breathing a little easier than before.

Jools.

It is back to the same set up it was, when you had a wee blast around the capital on that memorable Saturday night. Got my "Fathers Day"” day present early from Jamie at Performance Exhausts.

Are you going to KH? Did you get sorted with mud flaps and exhaust yet?

Jools,

Myself and Numptie will be leaving Aberdeen about 3pm, as we need all the driver to be there for 5pm and the drivers briefing.

We'll just be taking the direct route down the dual carriageway, stopping at Kinross for fuel (and adding the Millers Octane Booster), before heading across the back roads to Knockhill.

I guess yourself and Tut might prefer the more scenic road down

Russell,

yes there are still about 5 or 6 places left. Can you e-mail me details with your name, address, telephone numbers, and car details (registation and colour). I'll get you to sign the forms on the day, and you can also pay by cheque or cash on the day.

Cheers

For those heading from the south there is now Optimax at the Shell Forth Road Bridge.

Don't think it's made it any further north yet.

John S,
I will be taking my 5 x 17" OZ alloy's with me for John Stevenson, as mentioned above and a down pipe for Paul Grant...so I'll be happy to take the direct route with you guys leaving ABZ.

I'll give Tut a shout and we'll hook up out here somewhere and see you at the usual BP place, south side at 3 pm?

Jools.

Should be a few coming through from Glasgow.

I'll be there but I'm going to Star first before heading to Knockhill.

Jools,

we'll be leaving directly from work, so would head up through Altens, and bypass the BP petrol station. Would suggest the Esso one just before Portlethen at say 10 past 3 as being a better plan.

See you on Thursday.

W: Still running the OEM down pipe, straight through there after, goes well and sounds great too!

Esso sounds good John. See you there.

John put me down for that one please

M,
Paul went away last Wed for 3 weeks and then he will be home for 4 weeks, but as far as I know he is due to go to Houston for a week somewhere in the middle.

Chances are he should be home for most of July. I'll be away for the first 3 weeks of July, then home and away on hols.

Cool

I'm sure that most of them will be doing the event in July (20th). Paul should hopefully be there as well. Jools might be on holiday though...

Michelle - you must try and get some people to come up from down South. Why not make a weekend of it. Friday night travel up. Saturday morning at Knockhill. By mid afternoon you'll be out at the West Coast.

Jools,

You never seem to have compatible times off work with Paul do you!! Tis a shame, are you gonna be on the Tour? is Paul?

John,

It is trying to get the miserable Southern buggers up to your glorious country. I know a lot are keen to do the Tour D'Ecosse. there is also the Muppet Camping Trip on in the Lake District so I should imagine not many people would be too willing to make many more long trips up.

Count me in that's for definite
I think Mr Felstead will join me for an all dayer at Knockhill, so keep me informed

Cheers,

Michelle.

Stuart,

I have your details, but I'll need you to fill the form anyway. I'll e-mail one to youm, and you can briing it with you on the day.

You can by by cheque or cash on the night.

I'm just about to phone the tyre people. With low demand, I wasn't expecting him to come along, but I'll see what I can do. If anyone else is needing tyres, and/or wheels swapped no the night, let me know.

Michelle,

the 20th July isn't a full day session, but a morning only session from 9am to 1pm. 4 hours unlimited track time at Knockhill tends to be more than enough for everyone

Mac,

the next Knockhill event is on Saturday 20th July (morning).

We are planning to get a regular Aberdeen meet, every 3 to 6 weeks set-up as well.

We are looking for a suitable venue, and trying to co-ordinate when people are on-shore to get the first date sorted.

Might just bite the bullet and arrange it for next week!
