scoobyshop/basic Vendor account

i've been trying to sign up to your basic Vendor account but it wont let me submit the online application

We have a problem with ScoobyShop regarding new sign-ups, which will endeavour to fix as soon as we can. Your application will still be on our system and as soon as the confirmation part of the system is up and running again, you will receive your sign-in info etc.
