I joined and paid for membership a couple of months ago, but stiil have not received anything. Who do I need to contact to check this for me??

Hi,

To receive a membership pack you must have signed up to the SNPLUS membership subscription which is £25 per year. Since you have no SNPLUS members icon underneath your username I can only assume you have not paid the subscription.

To pay for this subscription please see subscriptions under your profile.

I paid using my credit card, checking back on my statements £25 came out payable to paypal scoobynetlt followed by 10 numbers (unsure whether to post these as not sure what they are) on march 29th. I did change my user name, but home address not changed.

Have you actually requested the pack via your profile? Not only do you require to fill in your address details, but you also need to request the pack as well.
