same old question why no pack yet???
paid on 19 June 2004 no pack yet 
i know you state 28 days but i would have thought that was just to cover your back for any cockups any news on this would be great

Hi Andy,
Even though I notice you have filled in your address details, you still have to request your pack from within the options in your profile. As soon as you do this your pack request will then be processed.

Apologies for this.
I have just looked at the system and you did in fact request the pack on 10th July. As you may be aware we have a 28 day lead time on packs to be delivered, but we have also been waiting for new stocks of stickers for the packs (which have now arrived). We will now be ensuring that all outstanding packs will be sent out by this weekend.
