Hi there - just wondered how long it takes between paying for SN+ membership to recieving my membership pack - just that membership has been running for 10 days, but I cant order anything as yet.

Any help appreciated -

Your contact details will be sent with the payment conformation by paypal wont it?

Have you had an e-mail from scoobynet welcoming you etc?

I just joined today using paypal and expected to receive an e-mail or something.

I take it you need your membership number before you can order anything and get discount.

Mind you im not in too much of a rush as I haven’t got my scooby yet....

Im not after ordering anything, I am still waiting for confirmation that SN have my address, and my questions re the PayPal subscription I made are answered

Good point - I dont remember putting in my address for Paypal as I used switch to pay.

cheers for the reply guys - I was just wanting to order some stuff, but was told I cant till I get my membership number (so if I wait a month its only really an 11 month membership - thats a bit off a tart )

Im still waiting for Shaun or Simon to let me know if they do have my address, or to at the very least reply to my emails regarding this

Other then the 25 quid going out of my account, I have absolutly no idea wether they have my details, as SN bombed out after paypal accepted my money

Not happy at the lack of response, especially as if it were a thread that contained something against SN policy it would have been dealt with straight away

Apologies for the time this has taken, as we are at first waiting for restocks of pack contents to be delivered to us and also we are in the process of electronically changing the signup process so that address details can be added. Please be rest assured that within the next week you will be receiving an email asking for your postal details. PLEASE DO NOT SEND AN EMAIL IN THE MEANTIME, until you can reply to the automated email which we will send out.

Packs normally take in the region of 28 days for delivery, but it looks like we will be slightly over on this for which I apologise.

If you wish to make purchases from Scoobyshop in the meantime, (after speaking with the appropriate vendor) please send me an email direct to shaun@scoobynet.co.uk with your userid and the Scoobyshop vendor email address and I will ensure that confirmation is sent direct to the vendor concerning your discount.
