Could I point out that this is not the Cross Roads Garage of Treddington in Warwickshire, they're great IMHO!

Never managed to get through once.

thanks Allan. I had just realized that there is such a thing as directory enquiries. I must try to remember that there is a whole world outside of scoobynet.

I ordered some tyres from crossroads a few weeks ago, a number of promised deliveries failed. But in the post this morning i received a full refund. I haven't been able to contact them by phone, it just keeps going through to an answer machine.

Keep trying - I got through about 10 minutes ago - trying to track down my cambelt, and return an incorrect one.

They've promised to phone me back. I'm not holding my breath.

I get the feeling that they've overstretched themselves, and can't cope with the workload.

this is worrying.

I ordered my tyres for delivery on 6th June.
Do we know if this place is still worth the delivery?

I can get my Credit Card company to treat the amount as fraud if necessary

As above, please be aware that this is talking about CROSSROAD garage.

CrossroadsS Garage, of Tredington near Shipston on Stour is a franchised Subaru dealer and has nothing to do with Crossroad garage.

Nick.

Was supposed to get tyres delivered today. Instead received a refund in the post. Assume this means that I am not going to get the tyres?
Anyone know where I can get some Eagle F1 215/40/17 for sensible money now???

Well, I'm one satisfied customer. I got my tyres fitted last week for the advertised price of £230.00 and since then I manage to get another 50 miles to a tank. The only variable that's changed is the tyres so I can only assume that they have something to do with it.

Until this matter has been resolved, I'm locking this thread and request that people keep comments good or bad offline until further notice. As otherwise people could be mislead.

All the best
