Is there anywhere on the web you can get an electronic parts catalogue?

Many dealers just can't be bothered unless you are loking for a direct replacement part.

A bbs member in Greece (!) said they had a Subaru parts database on CD !!
But I couldn't persuade them to let me have a copy ...
Maybe I was too subtle !

Haven't we got anyone here who works for a Subaru dealership etc ?
Are there parts catalogues on CD?
What happens to the CD's when updates occur?

Would alo be useful to have a copy of the 'UK chassis no' database, that lists the exact spec/parts for various MY UK cars
[There have been several reports of dealers looking up you cassis number on this database]

There is a parts catalogue on CD available to dealers, & they concern export spec cars only.
I think if someone can obtain the part number of the CD itself, then ppl can try ordering them from the dealers (this method works when u try to order BMW's parts catalogue)
