Default Help with Metasat

I hope some of you guys can help.
I have allowed my Metasat credits to drop to 0. They have probably been at 0 for some time.
Can I just Recharge by going to Add Communications or do I have to go to Re-activate Service in Metasat?

Incidentally when I do go into Re-activate Service the following message comes up: Work In Progress

Cheers

Might be worth a call to the UK office think this is their number 01905 791700
Alternatively you could just buy some more credits and see what happens, then call them if it doesn't work. I suppose it depends on how long "some time" is...

Sorry but I found metasat and a few other newage owners far below standard.

I've had mine replaced with a scorpion system. Ok don't get text COMs but it works. Unlike the metasat which failed with text to and from unit. Waste of space IMHO
