Very smart Type R
Hi all,
So I'm still addicted to monitoring classics for sale, despite not really looking to change mine (yep I don't know what's wrong with me either lol)
Anyway came across this Type R, which is one of the rare ones I've seriously looked at financially but it's not going to happen so thought I'd share it with you guys in case anyone's looking.
This has got to be one of the very few type R's imported from new and therefore with full history, and supplied by RCM to boot. Low miles, sensible mods, WRX plate..
As with all used impreza's it needs some further investigation, I'd want to know if it's been mapped and when (assuming it has), and give it a thorough check for rust but on face value this could be a steal for someone

Lol likewise, and when you do have funds there's nothing nice to be had! I was thinking last night, sod it you only live once and if I had a good type R the chances are I'd be happy for a good few years, plus this should be depreciation proof, however I'd have to borrow money, which is something I'd really only want to do in an emergency, i.e my engine let go in my current classic or something and I needed a solution quick, knowing my luck I'd borrow money, get the car, after which the engine would let go and I'd be totally screwed lol

haha sods law, the one meticulous car you find will suffer catastrophic failure!
I'd nearly buy a great example like this and garage it till I could afford to do some work to it and use it on the road the following yr. Sadly other commitments take priority, I think i'l start playing the euro millions again!!
