Default Yep, it's another what's it worth thread.

As much as I hate these threads, I'm wondering what my car would be worth if I was to sell it.

I know it's going to be worth more in bits, but curious to know the price difference between selling the car complete or in pieces.

I'll start the ball rolling at 8K, considering mileage and age. As you've stated it's worth more in parts, those chargespeed ducts are worth £7995 on their own! Lol

Possibly. Several owners ago

I'd personally say it was very good condition, but after looking at a few apparently 'excellent condition' cars recently i think many would class mine as outstanding condition.

There are some real sheds out there, making me doubt if i should actually sell this.

I would say 7.5> 8.5k would be a fair price mate.

Cheers, i think around £8k (possibly a few hundred more) is realistic in that case.

Really don't think i want to sell it, but i have an itch i want to scratch with another car.

Decisions decisions.

A mate had a red TM Evo 6 and it was truely awesome. 16mpg everywhere and needed a new clutch every 10k but awesome all the same.

Thanks I've spend a lot of time, effort and money to get it to where it is now, so it's gotta be worth that money.

Really fancy an Evo VI, but it's soooooo hard finding a good one.

There is an outside chance I've got an option on one which could mean I get the Evo and keep the Subaru, which would be ideal. And greedy!

A vi is getting on now and will be like hens teeth trying to find a good one.

I'd get a 9 myself. Always fancied one but you'll never know.

Yeah i'm finding that unfortunately.

The newer Evo's don't really do anything for me.
I love the looks of the VI, and it'll become a future classic IMO, so shouldn't lose much money on one.

Wouldn't sell it.

You'll never get what it's worth or anywhere near what you've spent to get it there.

The only person that would benefit from you selling that car would be the buyer!

The only one at loss is yourself! It's not always greener on the other side! You have a nice car and nice spec! Keep it.

As above Gary. You've got an itch and you need to scratch it but you've got the Scooby just the way you want it and it'd be a shame to sell. You'd be be bored of the Evo in no time and I'm not sure it would be an everyday car like the Impreza.
