Default shockproof gearoil

any of you run this oil in your wrx box and diff?
do you put the full 4 litres in the box or mix with another oil?
or is there another oil which will do the same job .

When i first got my uk300 i changed the gear for the uncle scottys cocktail

I didnt have any crunches etc, just thought it was a good idea.

It cost £80 for the oil tho!

Ps you can run just the heavy shockproof oil, but it is very thick.

If you have a 5 speed box, use Castrol Syntrax/Universal. It is best stuff out there from my experience.
