Rear high level spoiler
I noticed when shutting the rear hatch on my wagon that the high level spoiler looked loose, removed the 2 little caps that cover the bolts to tighten the fixing screws, but found that they're just spinning without tightening.
Is this a common problem, and does anyone know what sort of fixing they use, ( captivated nut etc ), and also, how do you access this fixing.

Have since found out that you can get access through the rubber grommets in the tailgate, but still not sure as to what type of fixing is in there, feels like plastic to me, can't get a spanner on it either, so I'm assuming its a plastic insert of some kind.
Be nice to know if anyone else has had this problem, and what was the outcome.

Can't see anything, it's all done by feel at the moment, it's right up where the tailgate hinges, so a bit difficult to look in there.
The bolt won't tighten or come out, so I think it's going to have to be a tailgate off job, or just leave it as it is, ( but I don't really want to do that now I know it's loose ).
