Just put a resistor in the plug, you can get a proper subaru part for this, but maplins is much cheaper, think the value is 3.3ohms

What about the seatbelt 'off' alarm? I'm sure if you call up someone like scoobyclinic or API they could tell you, they build enough race cars.

06 Hawk wrx, grey standard seats have airbags, i can tell you 100% they do and sti ones don't, just done the switch in mine lol

Have a look on the side of them you'll see a little black tag that says srs.

Taken this pic from ebay cos on the left hand side fo the pic you can see the side fo the other seat and you can just see the little black tag on the edge of it,

mine now,

My sti seats had airbags and a sensor for the seat belt.

You need a 3 ohm resistor to fool it

Just sold some STi hawk seats and they have airbags!!

Ive recently fitted a WR1 interior into my hawk STi, and didnt put a resistor in the plug, so now have the airbag light come on the dash, also ive noticed when I didnt have my belt on and drove a couple of yards down the road, the beeping sound didnt go off!! To be honest im not to keen on my WR1 front seats and might go for a set of proper bucket seats like sparco, recaro etc!!!
