Default Staggered wheel set up?

This is not for the scoob but if I went staggered do the centre of the front and back wheels have to be in line?

So what I mean is can I go staggered with the same width wheel and just alter the et to push the rears out?

Cheers

Yes although staggered wheels are normally wider on rwd cars to get the power down, the only benefit to a lower offset is aesthetic

Cheers, it's for my VW T5 camper so is FWD, same offset front/back makes the rears sit in the arches way too much, and the next wheel width up are 10.5 which are huge and too wide.

Ah, loads of VW's run different offsets and different widths, will make no difference, apart from the aesthetics you're after. Any pics of said van and chosen wheels?

Sure, here is my van but now has a colour coded poptop.

And these are what I'm looking to buy.

They are 20 x 9 replacing the current 20 x 8.5, van will be lowered 40mm soon too.

Nice van, wouldn't be my choice of wheels though, unless you have big brakes. But get some pics on when you get them fitted

Cheers, the brakes are petty big tbh and will be painted up nicely so should look ok in the voids.

Problem with van wheels is they have to be load rated so choice is less than 5% of what you can buy for a car, plus this is a T30 so they need to be at the upper end of the scale, most van wheels are as chunky as hell and but ugly.

You see plenty off the Dub boys running normal wheels on there vans, a lot go for the Audi TT 8 spokes or RS6 styles.
