Default Light scratch remover / polish

Can you guys recommend a high quality wax/polish that will remove light surface scratches and protect the paint work? I have a silver Hawk 2007. I've heard mixed reviews of t-cut etc

Cheers!

a wax wont remove the swirls, you want a polish, dodo juice lime prime has light abrasives so can do this but ideally for swirl removal you want to do it by machine rather than by hand.

Poorboys blackhole can be applied by hand and will hide the swirls a bit....

I used some megs 205 n a kestrel das6 pro. Very time consuming but results were brilliant. Be sure to prep the car properly before polishing

Ideally you want to wash, tar remove and claybar before polishing otherwise you will just be rubbing the contaminants into the paint causing more damage.

Gtechniq P1 is a good fine polish that can be applied by hand with an aplicator sponge.

youtube it

i get my stuff from www.elitecarcare.co.uk

Also prevention is best. Use a lambs wool mit and use two buckets with grit catchers, one bucket to rinse and clean mit the second bucket for your soapy water 😃

what kind of scratches(surface damaged or just a bit of marring) are you talking about ?
A picture of the worst will help point you in the right direction.
