Hmm how ironic, pretty sure he's practically saying what we have been saying for years, he must be wrong though.

I didn't understand it as I'm not a techie but

Basically a dump valve that makes ppppsssstttttttt noises

Makes you look a bit silly in front of real enthusuists

But

Trendy and cool infront of young girls in Mcdonalds car parks

And A motor God in front of the chavs

Andy however has explained it better and more concisely than anyone has on here, with the exception of API David's role play.

I would point out though that fitting a higher quality recirc item has improved mine slightly.

I don't know about that, alot of people have put it across in the exact same way as the video only for it to fall on deaf ears, most ask for advice then just ignore it as it isn't what they want to hear.

..I asked him on youtube why the MAF continues to see air and he didn't have a fecking clue. I also asked him why a DV Delete causes rich running and he created a silent video where he just looked at me gone out.

I might ask him why 99% of users on here think that cars run with a VTA rich with stalling, back-firing and hesitation because the air is metered and has to be used.

Is a shame, I fancied a DV for my Scooby as it would have reminded me of when I was 18 again... This video did explain it quite well though

Did anyone ever find out the primary reason why Subaru fit re-circs?

Emmisions?
Noise regs requiring one?
Smoother running?
Subaru didn't like the noise?
Turbo saviour?
Designed to leak to stop det or compressor surge with bad over-boost?

Why would they feel it's better? I mean absolutely nobody on here knows the full workings of the 5 or 6 air directing options.

Are you actually being serious here?

Are you asking why Subaru feel the recirculating valve is better than a dump valve?

No.

Knowledge is one thing, understanding is another.

TAF!

A car company who produces thousands of cars a year probably did a bit more research than a dumb ****wit.

What is it with your crap pictures in posts?

BOV, DV, etc. They all do the same job, relieving pressure in the system.

Anyhow, FHI spent million's, maybe more in R&D and decided that a recirc was better than a VTA chav trumpet. How about you ask them why they did?

The pic is for you, people who think I'm questioning Subaru and people who think my post was aimed at Paddy.

Again, I feel those quotients dropping faster than oil in my cylinders.

It's since the revelation nobody actually knows how they all fully operate and why Subaru run a full re-circ over other options.

every other manufacturer do too,its partly to do with suppressing noise and also by design its the best setup but as said before,if you are happy then
