Default advice on a car

hi, haven't been on for a while due to not having a Scooby anymore my mate has been offered a swap for his car and he asked me to try and find out a bit about it. he wants to know what kinda money its worth and if its a decent spec. or if anyone knows the car etc. any info appreciated, hes going to see it on Monday. thanks. stu
this is the guys advert:
subaru impreza version 6 sti ra wrc
STi6 RA Limited, year 2000, the light-weight one with rear-biased power and adjustable centre diff, with roof vent, elec windows and aircon, plus blue Alacantara seats and dash surround.
Mature owner for last 4 years, 74k miles with extensive history, carefully modified for fast road use: intention was to build the best possible real-world classic for the road, ie great suspension, strong brakes, really usable power and subtle noise. The car wants for nothing.
Stock springs and single-adjustable Ohlins dampers (recently rebuilt), Whiteline ARBs, Whiteline adj rear arms, recent geometry. Rear strut brace, front carbon fibre strut brace (standard item) and front underbody 4-point brace.
AP 4-pots, newish AP disks and custom bells at front. Standard 2-pots at rear, newish standard Subaru vented disks. Pads are Alyn's best recommendation, Pagid I think, which have strong bite cold or hot.
Choice of spotless genuine bronze Rays TE37 17" wheels with RE070 tyres or silver Rota 17" PFF7 replicas fitted with the excellent Federal RS-R tyres.
Engine - forged rebuild 15k miles ago, with Mahle pistons, Manley rods, cometic gaskets, ARP headstuds and ACL race bearings. Last dyno'd at 360 but should be around 380bhp now. Apexi PFC recently mapped by Paul at Zen, with Apexi AVC-R boost controller. Rebuild was by Adrian Spencer (Adge) http://www.adgespeed.co.uk/ and has been faultless cost almost £5000
K&N 57i air filter
Oversize silicone inlet pipe
Lateral Performance MD321H turbo with blanket
Hybrid front mount intercooler
Power Enterprises 550 injectors
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
Fuelab adj pressure regulator
PFR7b plugs
Breathers to RCM catch-tank with return to sump
Cosworth baffle plate above sump
Lightweight pulleys
Harvey-ported standard headers and matched up-pipe
3" open-neck wrapped decat downpipe
3" Revolution full system (nice, it's the quietest 3" on the market)
Oil cooler
Samco blue hoses
Millers CFS 10w60 oil
Gearbox is standard 5spd with the longer 5th, in good order with recent Exedy single plate uprated organic clutch and 6kg Exedy flywheel.
Professionally detailed last week.
Reverse bonnet vent plus original scoop
P1 front lip, blue colour-matched 'wedges', clear indicators and repeaters
High-level spoiler, with optional plain bootlid with BMW-type lip
Interior has Alpine CD radio with Infinity Kappa speakers, boost/oil pressure/oil temp/egt stepper gauges, Innovate permanent wideband gauge plus customisable readout on the AVC-R display. UK-spec folding rear seat currently fitted, which can be swapped out in 10mins for the original (JDM) fixed rear seat. Blue logo'd mat set plus original black mats.
Bad bits - both rear arches have slight bubbling just at the rear. The usual bonnet stone chips.
heres a couple of pics
