I have, as it goes - about two months ago.
Slightly more expensive than I might've liked, but it was the only online site I could find that would print a plate exactly as I wanted it. Next day delivery too.

Strangely enough, I've just used them, mins ago. Legal, can't see why not as long as font is right size, and legal detail of maker is printed on.? Hope so, time will tell.
