Default Thinking of selling my Subaru advice on beat place

I am possibly going to have to sell the Scooby as I have the offer of a family friends Mazda with only 28k on the clock at a bargain so I am considering how easy it will sell.

Subaru wrx 2003 blob wagon wrc blue, black alloys,
near standard, H&S down pipe back system bill for £600, sti scoop, groved disc, cotton green panel filter, loads of bills and service history 115k, drives well, Just had full service and belts 2k ago, mature owner I am only considering it at the moment
What will it fetch?

At a push, to the right person, it may be worth £2700/£2800. If it is in a very good nick obviously.

Its a blob and nice, I am looking for a trouble free sale as I fear the autotrader or eBay will just find me a load of budding rally stars full of enthusiasm but with empty pockets.

The cheaper end of imprezas sell better on the likes of ebay and autotrader.
I'd stick it on both sites at £2995.

A mint 2003 WRX blob wagon with 89K went the other day on here for just over £3K!

Does it have FSH? If so and it is in good nick then you may get £3K but my guess would be £2.7K

Yep full history, dealer to 100, other since, full cambelt, tensioner and waterpump done 2k ago with oil service. I am going to list it once I've got my plate change back as carn't pass up the deal I've got on the other car. With my Rally mk2 I'm not able to keep the Scooby for track days as the wife's too keen for me to get that one by. I am going to try 2700 after the advice and see how it goes.

you could always start a "where's the best place to sell ?" thread on the biggest Subaru site in the UK and inadvertently advertise while dodging the selling fee....

...just saying :P

I would try it at £3k first mate, you can always come down, but never go up as someone said here the other day!

When will you be putting it up as I may be interested myself tbh! It's got a few more miles than I wanted, but if it's really nice I maybe persuaded! Add loads of pics to the ad please
