Stay away from Motor Hub Keighley!!!

It's quite cool their new premisses which was a car park originally. It's like a Japanese dealership, they have turned a car park into a dealer ship.
They did start off doing crap, but they sell all sorts of exotica now!

Serious question: if they are so bad why have they never been shut down...? We have trading standards....
99% of SN users have more likely never been there never mind bought off them. stand up if you have bought a car and had problems
jump on another band wagon OP!! tidgy, have you bought off them?
too many sheep and not enough shepherds as always.

Not saying their squeaky clean.....a lot of people have had issues with them. However they do sell clean cars to you just need to know what your looking for.
Theres a few members on here who have had cars from them, I took a few in part x and they were minters.
For example Glen_S204 bought a S204 of me and I took a mint 2006 spec c Arai which Glen bought from KTC with delivery miles on it.

This is a very important post. Please everyone be aware that Motob Hub in Keighley is Keighley Trade Centre, trading with a different name. Everyone on this forum knows that KTC has a very bad reputation and now they have just changed their name to Motor Hub. They have even a new website......how many people will they cheat with this name?
Beware!
Beware!
Same sentiments if I remember.
How many years ago Rob?
Motor Hub (in its few guises) hasn't been registered as a domain for that long.

We've sourced quite a number of cars from KTC, for our customers. All of which have been excellent cars. We run the same business as KTC, just for regular run of the mill cars and occasional performance car. There is a risk with buying any second hand car. The same applies with buying from a trade centre. Go to view armed with info and maybe a car expert. When sales yards see certain cars not selling they look into the reasons and reduce the cars accordingly to suit. We've had many bad reviews on google, regarding faulty cars. For instance elec window stopping working months down the line. Towbar elecs not working air bag/ eng m lights popping on after 6 months ect ect. When customers buy from a trade establishment they expect way too much. Main dealer level care demands main dealer price tags. Can't have it both ways. ??!!

I have probably been to KTC around 20 times over the last 8 years, yes I have seen absolute dogs, and to be honest If I was the owner of this establishment I would have be embarrassed to have them on my forecourt, however I’ve seen cars just as rough on other forecourts, but it’s the sheer volume at KTC that “then” made it look worse than it actually was.
Things have since changed, there marque range is no longer just Japanese motors, and the price of car is no longer £3’000-£20’000 as it was back 8 years ago, and now more like £2’000-£100’000.
I’m aware that some members on here have had bad dealings with them, but I suspect quite a lot of people are jumping on the band wagon slating them when they know of no first-hand experience and are just echoing someone else’s complaint for the sake of it. It happens all to frequent in my opinion.
As said above, it’s the Snet con artists that need addressing foremost.
2005 from memory bud. As said above though, they were just like any other dealership, but they always had around 100+ cars, so the wreckers were present on the forecourt, unlike a small establishment whom would “park them round the back”.

I'll ask again - Have you ever been yourself? If not, then that's makes you an even bigger d1ckhead than the people that slate the place. Like I said before, I've been, and never again. Matty beat me to it on the name change - it doesn't make sense if you've built up a cracking name for yourself over the years.

google search ktc problems and then try and claim its all hearsay, there's dozens of people who have actual bad experience with them. The saying goes, there's no smoke without fire, and ther eis plenty of smoke
I'm not quite sure why your trying to defend them so hard? they have dissolved companies and changes names several times in the past, why would they do that if all was on the level?

So, have you been then? I have, therefore can comment on what I've seen. You on the other hand have not, so how on earth can you stick up for them? Unless of course you know the people that work here - are you one of them?
