WRX Wagon runs on Air !

Absolutely amazed....
Just calculated the last tank of fuel (regular unleaded) and got 30.41 mpg. Since I had Toyo T1-S fitted 2 months ago, the mpg is around 2-3mpg better than it used to be on OE tyres. I'm not driving any different. The 30.41 included 2 long b-road trips, and then the usual 25 mile commute to work. Not bad eh? Plus the tyres are streets ahead in grip wet and dry.
Before all the detractors come on and say the usual guff about not driving it as they are supposed to be driven, blah blah blah, let me tell you that although the B-Road trips were not caning it, as I had bikes in the back, the commute is always quick, sometimes ton-up on the motorways traffic permitting in Germany of course, and some fast take offs.
Beat that!
Cheers,
Rich

You might want to get that checked out in case your car is running lean Hopefully not, but better to be safe than sorry.
I would have been able to afford to keep mine if I had been getting economy like that, rather than the 16.5mpg that I averaged

Its okay Ritchie, I think its cool ! I managed similar mpg during my running in period, but I am afraid my economy drive was short lived Around town I think I must be down to around 20 and when I give it the odd blast down a good B road who knows However touring at around 50 - 60 in the country puts the average up to 27, so thats not bad
