Default Dump valve

Call me stupid but here goes, I won a dump valve on ebay and it's arrived, looking at it it's a straight fit apart from the fat hose at the bottom of the original bov on there, obviously the small hose on the top of the original bov goes to the nipple on the new dump valve but do I need to blank the fat hose of with a metal plate? It's a 2001 impreza wrx, thanks in advance

Put it back on eBay
Someone will buy it
And you can laugh at them making sad noises driving past

OE ones work better than modded ones. The bung causes problems and like broken sphincters leak allowing loads of ****e and gas out!
