Default WHAT WOULD YOU BUY

iam looking for a scooby yet again number 12 now
in the past ive sold them due to running costs,now i work 3 miles away and have another car iam thinking about it again, what would anyone recommend buying I've about 1500 to spend which wouldn't cost to much to run.....

get 99 uk 2000 ppp i hve one is nice enough power for the meantime

For 1500 you don't have many options unless you want a real dog, the cheapest to run And insure would be a nice turbo2000, the later 99/00 cars have the 4 pots and 225bhp, fairly easy and cheap to them up to 280ish bhp. You should get a fairly clean one for the £1500 but I wouldn't suggest buying anything under unless your looking for a project, rust can be an issue on these, would you use the scooby for work? 3 miles I would get a push bike As a scooby will only just be up to temp for boost by then when it's cooler.

You're not gonna get much of a car for £1500.
I'd suggest you keep saving, add another grand to your budget and you will get yourself something nice.
