Default A big problem

Right just wanted to ask if anyone has had dealings with Aztec performance. I ordered some front and rear disc and pads they turned up within 2 weeks but was the wrong ones. I then contacted them agreed to send them back for a swap. After a month I needed new rears so brought some new ones, rang azetec agreed to replace the fronts and refund the rears its now 6 months on and I can get hold of them through email ringing or there own website I'm at a loss I'm owed 200 just feel like a mug

Just don't need the hassel , hope it gets sorted fella. Small claims is up to 10k, solicitor letter may help things but again it comes out of your pocket.

No Offence - but complaining about a trader on a Sat night at 10 pm seems a little strange to me.

The few times I have got hold of them they do seam helpful its just the fact I can't get them all the time it seams like once a month on the phone and never through email don't get me wrong they are cheap for parts that's why I brought the parts just getting to me now proberly my own fault for leaving it to long just have to keep trying I don't really want to go down the solicitor route it's a bit extreme
