AS Performance "AP Racing custom drag kit"
He came up with a light weight racing kit for MadHammer (Cliver Fulcher), now a huge thanks to Alyn for coming up with the design and supply of my AP Racing drag brake kit to replace my Brembos. The new kit has been given the thumbs up by both Andy Forrest and Paul Blamire which can't be a bad thing!
Idea behind was to reduce weight (unsprung weight) but without sacrificing stopping power ability.
Also big thanks to the chaps at Zen Performance (Paul & Rich) for checking, installation and testing.

Worked with both AS Performance (Alyn) and Zen Performance (Paul B) for a few years now and the car has evolved quite a bit since 2008 when it had a mere cobra exhaust and a hks blow off valve as mods! This is the most radical in all of the Evo, V4 Type R, Golf VR6 cars I've had!
Bar the bucket seats (supplied by AS Performance) and cylinder heads from the Zen Time Attack winning car (supplied by Paul Blamire), the brake kit is one of the best mods I've had done in terms of weight savings and benefits gained.
Leg is ok'ish now. Back in the seat. Was at Pod 6 odd weeks ago but had issues which is being resolved - still managed to pull 10s no probs.
