Default Side light bulb holders?

So went to upgrade all my bulbs today to Hi-Visions and L.E.D all round.
All was fine apart from my sidelights, the wasn't working before so I presumed the bulb change would sort this, but it didn't.
On closer inspection I noticed that on both of the bulb holders it only has on cooper connector each side so I guess there should be one each side for each of the terminals for the bulb?
So I need to replace the bulb holders I guess looks pretty easy, until I went to Subarunand the parts guy had no I idea what I was on about and also he kept telling me I need 501 bulbs, even though my car takes T4W bulbs that push and twist in not 501 wedge bulbs!

So my question is what is the actual bulb holder called can't find anything online or eBay!

It's on a 2001 Bugeye UK300
Thanks

Rob84 on here works for subaru and is very helpful........ he should be able to help as the UK300 lights were OEM items.
