Big thanks to Simon yet again for mapping my sti type r. Got a healthy 364.9bhp. So happy with the results and even happier with 2nd and 3rd gear pull.

I got everything done back in April!

740cc injectors
VF48
Alcatek Ecu

All mapped on my forged 2.25 build, so I'm quite happy at the moment, but sure will come out with something new soon

Good stuff
Just goes to show you don't need to be a top builder to get it right. measure twice ... or three times ..or even four in my case. & if you think sommit is not right check it again

+7% bhp and + 8% torque.

The engine's now just about at its technical limits in its current form. 373/389.
That's it. Anything else and it ceases to be a T20.

Not about the numbers but about the fact that I can feel the difference, even if it is only that the gear shift light comes on more frequently.

Very educational as well.

Thanks Simon.

It was a job very well done. I know where to come if i need an engine built in the future . Yes pal well happy with it. Didn't sound too clever on the running in oil but settled nicely after 1150 miles and 3 oil changes.

Very true about the numbers game. I find 350-400bhp with similar torque and a faster spooling turbo more fun to drive than a big turbo and plenty of lag and 500bhp. Some people may disagree with me but i'm only talking from a personal experience point of view and personal preference.

2.0l forged, 20g, apexi ecu, 740 injectors, gt spec headers and some other mods can't remember off the top of my head.
