Default 07 Hawkeye O/S Sidelight

is out.

Do I need to remove the air intake?

Is it one of those tiny common bulbs with the wires bent over each sides?

You can do it that way or through the wheel arch liner. I think its a standard type bulb but not sure whether its the push in or twist in type bulb.

IIRC it's a push in bulb that fits into a holder that twists into position.

Just tapped the connection and it's working again, will change probably both though.

Changing the subject slightly, why does the cold air intake duct go through to the passenger wing and then to the airbox?

Why doesn't it go straight to the airbox directly?

Have to tap mine every few months too. Will be getting new led bulbs soon anyway. I think they are the same bulbs as the numberplate ones? As I was looking at doing them too

Ah ok cool. I'll know when I get them out, and I have quite a few odd bulbs lying around!
