Le Mans 2013
Hi Guys,
Been a few people posting about Le Mans, Any one going?
We head off on Wednesday Night and sail on the 1st boat out of Dover on Thursday at 7am! playing with the super cars on the way down should be fun!
(Although the French police have killed most of the atmosphere on the drive down but should still be some nice cars to watch as they speed past)

Already here - have been for the last 12 years, lol. Already lots of nice cars to see in the area, the practice sessions killed one of the Audi's.
The weather is supposed to be good for the weekend, the Friday Pilot's Parade and Great British Welcome at St. Sat.
Safe journey over to all coming

I'll be in my silver Bug WRX - can't miss it it will be stickered up, I'll post up a photo of it Monday or Tuesday
The bridge in Rouen is still closed for repairs & will be for some time by all accounts so its worth keeping an eye on this thread on Pistonheads for an alternative route: http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/t...e%2DMans+Rouen
Apparently this is the best route to take and the tolls are ridiculously cheap compared to the route we usually take.... https://maps.google.co.uk/maps?saddr...ia=3,4&t=m&z=7

I shall be there but the Bugeye is staying at home this year! Taking a DB7 vantage instead so the drive will probably be slightly more relaxed!!!
The fines are ridiculous and so I've given up speeding out there! Had a gun (not a speed one) pointed at me last time by a chap hiding in a phone box with a laser! The first question I was asked was: "how much money do you have on you!"
I'll be cruzing this year!
