Default WHY oh WHY!

Spent all day Sunday indoors from 1 - 7pm working my butt off to get a flat ready for rent came out to place some DIY stuff in boot, no car in view. Came out within 2 mins to place the rest in the boot only to find this!

How I kept my cool only God knows. Took some pics went to Police station to maybe go round & have a word.

Fortunately no damage done!

I'd have the ******* raging hump if that was my car.

Many moons ago a merc did the same to me and damaged my bumper, lets just say his chrome bumper didn't like it when I pushed it back a metre or so, mine needed painting so I didn't give a toss.

It is a Megane II: Handbrake could have broke.

Looking at forums and from personal experience, its a fairly common problem...our Megane "pool car" had to have a new handbrake lever (which is one of the long list of issues wrong with it and is why we only paid a few hundred quid for it ) and my mates neighbour's Megane ended up on his driveway...upside down!! (rolled downhill and off a retaining wall )

I only had 3 feet of space in front so couldn't get out in 2 attempts so I was concerned that the car behind would follow me if the handbrake had not been applied or was weak. Anyway it stayed put, thankfully or I would have been stuffed Andy

Watch out all illiterate w@nkers, the grammar police have arrived! The Megane owner was fortunate - a man of violence might have taken extreme exception to this pi55take parking

Are you lot serious ?

Kill, burn, death.... and it's merely a bumper "kiss" on a 11 year old car !

I thought we were enthusiasts, not EDL members.

OMG maybe it was driven by a woman ?

dunx

P.S. Yes, I would be concerned if it were my car , but no jihad required.

+1, no damage done so no harm done - I've had my handbrake cable snap but I was fortunate that the car didn't hit anything and rolled harmlessly onto a grass verge, doesn't mean that this is a malicious attempt at poor parking
