Well I joined this site 4-5 years ago maybe more looking to advice on buying a imprezza but sadly in the end decided against it and spent a lot of time rebuilding various mk2 golfs and other vag cars.

For Xmas my brother bought me a subaru driving experience which I went on last Friday and drove both a evo and the a 2006 pro drive imprezza. The evo was awefull but I loved the Scoob so much I came home sold my passat project and went out and bought a impreza.

Now I'm not into new age cars much and prefer my older cars so went for a cheap 1997 uk turbo, she's been attacked by someone who likes his chav stuff but already taking her back to being original and hoping to implement the oem+ mentality I've used on my vws.

On and is there any chance admin can change my user name to rich1977?

Glad your on the right lines! Oem+ works well with subarus.

I actually thought about oem- tbh taking the spoilers off and bonnet vents ect and running it completely clean but low on a nice set of bbs rims but dint want to ruin the fun of driving it so oem+ seems better.

Currently there's a lot of stuff I need rid of silly rear spoiler (eBay sti style job) roof scoop that's taking ages to get off keeping attacking with hair dryer, and exhuast is way to loud 3" turbo back, hope I will be able to just add a mid box. Oh and dump valve has to go aswell lol
