Anyone recomend a good place for some hids and also notice a few of em say can bus whats that about

it for the newer german cars that has the ecu managing the lighting system , so it will not give out warning messages

Be warned. There is a massive clamp down on these at the moment and my mot tester is saying it's getting worse.

If you contact bob @ aztec performance through here i'm sure he'll sort you out with a good deal.

What model are you putting them on? If it's a classic or a blobeye with standard lights, ie: H4 bulbs, I wouldn't bother.

For a start H4 HIDs are crap, and secondly, as noted above, aftermarket HIDs are now an MoT fail.

Echo alcazars comments. I fitted aftermarket HID's to my Classic STi. They lasted about 4 months before I removed them and fitted the Halfraud Super Brilliant bulbs.

Better, cheaper, legal and they actually worked properly.

I hate HIDs now, get some good bulbs and you will be sorted. HIDs are waste of money imo specially H4 as Alcazar said.

Mine is a h1 bulb and its a blobeye I had some in my mitsubishi lasted 3 yrs
